Content Creator & Social Media Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop and execute creative social media campaigns that resonate with our target audience and reflect our brand’s innovative approach.
- Create compelling visual content, including images, videos, and captions, for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok.
- Work on promotional videos to boost promotions, new products, and plan content for TikTok.
- Analyze social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies for maximum engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all digital channels.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role — ideally in the beauty, lifestyle, or fashion industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative social media content (images, videos, reels, animations, etc.).
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
- Experience with 3D graphics and animation tools is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube) and e-commerce channels (Lazada, Shopee).
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging, on-brand captions and social copy.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for beauty, creativity, and pushing creative boundaries.
- Always up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
