Pronto Pilates is redefining boutique fitness with premium, on-screen Pilates classes delivered in beautifully designed self-service studios. Open from 5:15am until late, our global network of studios offers convenience, quality, and community at an unbeatable price point.With rapid international growth, we're seeking a Social Media Specialist to lead our organic social media strategy and bring our brand to life across all platforms.
This role contributes to meeting our marketing team's studio launch KPIs:
- 100+ launch party attendees
- 300+ founding members at launch
- 480 members within 6 months
This role is perfect for a creative, detail-oriented storyteller who lives and breathes social media. You'll manage and grow our brand presence, build community, and create on-brand content that inspires, educates, and converts. You’ll also help oversee a growing portfolio of country-specific brand accounts, tailoring content and engagement strategies to resonate in local markets as we scale.
Key Responsibilities of this role: Strategy & Planning- Develop and execute a cohesive, platform-specific organic social media strategy aligned with Pronto’s brand and marketing goals
- Plan content calendars that reflect seasonal promotions, new studio openings, product updates, and cultural moments
- Support the rollout and content strategy of regional brand accounts in new international markets
- Monitor social trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to keep our strategy fresh and effective
- Create engaging and elevated visual and written content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to maintain brand consistency across all social assets
- Source, brief, and manage user-generated content and influencer collaborations, working closely with our Paid Media Specialist on paid content opportunities
- Engage daily with followers, responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely, brand-aligned tone
- Foster relationships with our member community and identify brand advocates
- Escalate customer service queries to the appropriate internal teams with clarity and speed
- Track performance metrics across platforms, analyze content engagement, and report key insights
- Use data to inform content decisions and continuously optimize strategy
To secure an interview, you should possess the following:
- 2+ years managing social media for lifestyle, fitness, or consumer brands
- Strong copywriting skills with an eye for aesthetic, design, and tone of voice
- Proficiency with tools like Canva, Later, or equivalent scheduling and analytics platforms
- Confident in drafting briefs for video content creation (for Stories, Reels, and TikTok)
- Excellent communication and community management skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and attuned to digital culture and brand storytelling
Bonus if you have:
- Experience with influencer marketing and UGC campaigns
- Graphic design or video editing skills
- Familiarity with Pilates, wellness, or boutique fitness
