Production Team Leader

The role

We are seeking an exceptional Production Team Leader to join our dynamic team at 168 Plastic Corp' in San Pedro City, Laguna. As the Production Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient and effective operations of our production department, ensuring the seamless manufacturing of our high-quality plastic products.

• Manage and lead a team of production workers, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure productivity targets are consistently met
• Develop and implement production schedules, work plans, and quality control measures to optimise workflow and minimise waste
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities, inventory, and performance metrics
• Ensure the workplace adheres to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

• With at least related work experience
• Leadership skills
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using production management software and data analysis tools
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
