What you'll be doing

- Provide knowledgeable and personable assistance to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques
- Maintain a well-presented and organised product display to create an inviting shopping environment
- Collect customer feedback and report on market trends to inform product development
- Support with inventory management and other operational tasks as required
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
