Key Responsibilities:

  • Charming/Engaging while presenting menus clearly and confidently, performing suggestive selling to increase average spend per guest.
  • Accurately take, relay, and serve guest orders in coordination with kitchen and bar teams.
  • Wholesome and attractively respond to guest inquiries and recommend complementary items to enhance the dining experience and drive incremental revenue.
  • Handle guest concerns, complaints, or service issues professionally and with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Prepare and issue bills accurately and process payments promptly to prevent revenue leakage.
  • Collect and process payments via cash, credit, or approved electronic methods in compliance with Company controls while maintaining a clean, organized, cashier station.
  • Prepare and understand basic sales, cash, and inventory-related reports as required.
  • Assist in stocking, inventory organization, product handling, and display preparation, ensuring proper rotation and control.
  • Safely handle and carry product loads during stocking and inventory activities.
  • Perform other operational tasks as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor to support store efficiency and service continuity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or a related field is preferred.
  • At least one (1) year of experience as a Server, Wait Staff, or Cashier in a full-service restaurant or similar hospitality environment.
  • Good-looking with fluency in both English and Filipino to ensure clear and professional guest communication.
  • Proficient in the use of POS systems and cash registers.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and/or Google Workspace.
  • Physically capable of lifting and handling moderately heavy items safely.
  • Strong attention to cleanliness, food safety, and workplace hygiene.
  • Patient, customer-oriented, and service-driven approach.
  • Team-oriented mindset maintaining a calm frequent smile , positive demeanor with a strong commitment to supporting overall dining and operational success.
  • Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure service environment.
  • Physically at 165 cm. tall, capable of standing for extended periods during service hours .
