About the role
ABest Express Inc. is seeking a dedicated Office Staff to join our administration team. Based in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental, this is a full-time position that will provide you with valuable experience in office operations and administrative support.You will be part of a collaborative team where your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and success of our daily operations.
Key responsibilities- Managing general office administration tasks and maintaining organised filing systems
- Providing clerical support to various departments and senior staff members
- Answering and directing phone calls, emails and general inquiries in a professional manner
- Scheduling meetings, managing calendars and coordinating office events
- Assisting with data entry, document preparation and record-keeping
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment inventory
- Supporting the coordination of office procedures and ensuring compliance with company policies
- Greeting visitors and maintaining a welcoming office environment
- Recent graduate or fresh graduate with a diploma or bachelor's degree in any field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Professional demeanour with strong customer service orientation
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
- Reliable, punctual and committed to achieving departmental goals
- Preferred: Some experience with basic bookkeeping or administrative support (internships or volunteer work accepted)
