Reports to : OPERATIONS MANAGER/ SALES MANAGER

Position Purpose:

The role of the Operations Assistant is to support the overall strategy of the sales and marketing Team. She will be responsible for the team’s coordination and administrative needs. Provides organizational and office support. Maintain record filing, inventory and sales reports.

Assist in the inventory transactions as necessary.

Responsibilites
  • Assist in planning and carrying out sales activities, so as to maintain and develop sales in accordance with
agreed sales strategy and targets in coordination with department managers
  • Assist in Re-merchandising, Pull-out and Installation (new store entry / moving module) in accordance with company policy and as required
  • Assist in administrative and marketing activities and campaigns such as sales events, off-site selling and promotional events.
  • Monitor, generate and submit necessary reports (e.g. sales report, store inventory report, etc. ) as required by the department manager.
  • Consolidate Gift with Purchase (GWP) from BA report and coordinate with supply chain
  • Maintain a systematic filing system for sales, inventory and accomplishment reports and other related documents for reference of Sales and marketing team.
  • Prepares sales forms, counter supplies for cycle meeting needs
  • Assists with inventory control as directed
  • Perform other related task as maybe assigned from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
  • With 1 to 2 years experience in the same capacity, experienced in retail industries, an advantage but not required.
  • Experience in handling Consignment and Brand Ambassador
  • With FMCG is an Advantage
  • Demonstrate strong attention to details.
  • Must possess good oral and written communication skills
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision and be able to multitask on several different projects.
  • Proficient in using computer applications such as Microsoft Windows, (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
