About the role
NYGC Services, Inc.' is seeking a skilled Batch Operator UC4 to join our dynamic team. As a full-time role based in Manila City Metro Manila, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing operations, ensuring the efficient and accurate production of our industry-leading products.
What you'll be doing- Operate various equipment and machinery to mix, blend, and package our products following standardised procedures
- Perform quality checks at each stage of the production process to maintain high standards
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental protocols to protect yourself and your colleagues
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve any issues that arise during manufacturing
- Maintain detailed production records and provide reports as required
- Continuously seek opportunities to optimise processes and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our operations
- Proven experience as a Batch Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to operate complex machinery and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Good verbal and written communication skills
