Who are we looking for:

As a Shift Supervisor, you are expected to oversee daily operations during designated shifts, supervise employees, and ensure that our customers receive outstanding service. Responsibilities include creating a shift schedule, dealing with no-shows, delegating tasks, handling cash, and reporting any issues to the Store Leader or Area Coordinator.

Create shift schedules and assign tasks to team members effectively.
Oversee team performance and manage time-off requests or no-shows.
Handle customer issues, employee disputes, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with safety laws and maintain a productive work environment.
Participate in management meetings to discuss goals and address any concerns.

Qualifications/Requirements

What does it take to be part of the team?

Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
Preferably must have at least 6 months of experience in the Retail industry or FMCG.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Strong leadership, customer management, and people management skills.
Customer service-oriented with business management knowledge.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking abilities.
Entrepreneurial mindset, trustworthy, and reliable with high integrity.
Flexible with shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Willing to be assigned to any Alfamart Store within Marikina.
