Job Description

Set-up: Hybrid | 2-3x RTO a week | 9am -6pm

Job Description:

You'll work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and fellow Scrum Masters to ensure team alignment, transparency, and consistent delivery success.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring alignment with Agile/Scrum best practices.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Identify and eliminate impediments to the team's progress, enabling efficient delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed and prioritized backlog.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Track and report on team velocity, sprint/release progress, and other key Agile metrics.
• Work closely with other Scrum Masters, Agile coaches, and stakeholders to ensure inter-team alignment.
• Support organizational Agile transformation initiatives and contribute to Agile maturity growth.
• Identify, communicate, and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues proactively.
• Leverage ITIL v4 knowledge to align Agile delivery with IT service management best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• 35 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in Agile teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Demonstrated experience in coaching teams and driving Agile adoption.
• Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across multiple teams and levels.
• ITIL v4 Certification or demonstrable knowledge of ITIL practices.
• Experience working in DevOps/CI-CD environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise Agile scaling frameworks like SAFe or LeSS.
• Exposure to Agile metrics and reporting tools for data-driven decision-making.
