Job Description

Ensures availability of trucking and other transportation suppliers.
Arrange inter-branch shipment of stocks.
Facilitates trucking and transportation needs of deliveries and other movement requirements.
Daily Toolbox meeting of Supply Chain Team
Keeps track of all movements of supply chain team, units, parts, and implements.
Coordinates with the Sales Department as necessary.
Manages delivery requirements to the customer, ensuring accurate and on-time delivery of products.
Ensures Equipments and parts in the warehouse in good condition and delivery-ready-units status
Manages site facilities.
Manages Service Vehicles
Make transmittal in all documents forwarded to, for processing
Maintain a filing system for incoming and outgoing mails / stocks
Perform other related task assigned

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree.
Proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Proficient in oral and written communication skills.
Highly motivated and capable of working under pressure.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is a plus.
