The Role: People Engagement & Communication Partner

Overview:

Support employee engagement drives up to VP level, works in a complex agenda context, can work on any function. May support manager with administrative tasks, communications, or social media. Handles day-to-day operations to support hub overall engagement activities relating to organizing, planning, feedback etc.

What will you do?
  1. Organize and execute employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
  2. Assist in the development and implementation of employee recognition programs and activities.
  3. Partner with the internal communication partner and contribute to the creation of engaging content for company-wide communications.
  4. Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth coordination of administrative tasks and engagement initiatives.
  5. Contribute to the planning and execution of company-wide events, such as town hall meetings, team-building activities, and celebrations.
  6. Provide support for special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and satisfaction.
  7. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee-related information.
  8. Assist in ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed to support the overall objectives of the organization.

Qualifications

Who would be successful?
  • A Professional applies theoretical broad knowledge typically obtained through advanced education.
  • Responsibilities may include:
  1. Work is closely supervised and will require coaching from the experienced seniors.
  2. Problems faced are typically not too difficult or complex.
  3. Able to provide explanations of facts, policies and practices related to job area.
  • Expert Communications is not required more of back-office function.
  • Agile and fast learner for the administrative functions, broad experience in managing events & documentation is an advantage
