The Role: Project Admin & Controller

The Project Admin & Controller will be responsible in coordinating with Project Managers, Booking projects and Invoicing Management

What will you do?

Supports in Invoicing Management
Support in Booking projects
Coordination with the project managers
Support on the burning backlogs
Potential support in sending PO to suppliers
Support different tasks on SAP
Knowledge in Dynamics 365 Business Central tool is a plus

Qualifications

Who would be successful?

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent courses.
Knowledge in ERP system such as SAP
Familiarity with computers and related software (MS Office)
Working on a midshift
Flexibility and willingness to work additional hours during high peak volume times during each quarter.
Organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail is highly desired. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks at the same time.
Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is required.
