Your Impact

You will take charge of front-of-house operations, by providing a best-in-class welcoming and support experience for both guests and colleagues, while upholding professionalism and excellence.

You will serve as the first point of contact for clients and guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional reception area, managing meeting rooms and logistics, handling administrative tasks such as mailroom, courier, ground transportation services, and providing seamless support to guests, and colleagues, to foster a positive and organized office environment.

Your work will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support and creating outstanding experiences for clients, guests, and colleagues, positioning the McKinsey Manila Office as a model of organization and excellence.

You will be based in our Manila office as part of our local office services team supporting a variety of activities that collectively contribute to the functionality and efficiency of the office. The Office Services team plays a critical role in driving the location’s efforts through developing the office space, expanding the office support, strengthening workplace health, safety and sustainability standards.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • University degree
  • 2+ years of corporate and/or professional services experience.
  • Strong client service orientation
  • Exceptional time management to meet your responsibilities in a complex and largely autonomous work environment; Able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Outstanding organization skills; detail-oriented; able to prioritize and multitask; strong ownership evident through responsibility and accountability for end product; highly proactive mindset.
  • Highly professional presence on telephone, email, and all other work-related communications platforms.
  • Strong typing and proofreading skills; ability to produce documents quickly and accurately.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to expand role beyond responsive support to proactive contributions and ownership for administrative tasks; ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work in-person in office following Manila Office hours Monday to Friday 9:00am- 6:00pm
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and local office language(s), with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels
