We are seeking a skilled and personable Front Desk Officer to join our team at Slimmers world International. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and memorable experience. This full-time position requires excellent customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently.
What you'll be doing- Greet and welcome clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Respond to inquiries, requests, and complaints from clients in a timely and courteous manner.
- Process payments and handle cash, credit card, and other financial transactions
- Perform administrative tasks such as managing the front desk area and maintaining supplies.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Proficient in using hotel management software and computer systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Fluency in English and the local language(s)
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
