We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our senior management team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior executives.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, managing files, and maintaining records.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati City
