About the role

SUPER CANDY CORPORATION is seeking a dedicated and organised Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. This is a full-time position based in Caloocan City, Metro Manila. As Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring seamless communication between our sales team, customers, and internal departments.

This position is essential to maintaining the efficiency of our sales processes and contributing to the overall growth and success of SUPER CANDY CORPORATION.

What you'll be doing
  1. Processing and managing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment
  2. Coordinating with the sales team to track sales activities, pipeline management, and customer follow-ups
  3. Preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients
  4. Maintaining and updating customer databases and CRM systems with accurate information
  5. Scheduling meetings, appointments, and events for the sales team and clients
  6. Handling customer enquiries and providing support throughout the sales process
  7. Liaising between sales, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth order processing
  8. Preparing sales reports and analysing performance metrics to support decision-making
  9. Managing sales documentation, contracts, and records in an organised manner
  10. Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and promotional activities
What we're looking for
  1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in business administration or sales is preferred
  2. Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative sales role within the sales industry
  3. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
  6. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  7. Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  9. Professional demeanour and a positive attitude towards work
  10. Flexibility and willingness to support various sales initiatives and campaigns
