Quezon City - Operations Audit

About the role

This full-time role is responsible for conducting thorough audits and reviews of the operations across the Gulf Leisure and Entertainment Network Corporation's diverse portfolio of businesses in Metro Manila. As an Operations Auditor, you will play a vital part in ensuring the company's operations adhere to established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Develop and execute comprehensive audit plans to assess the efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance of operational processes and controls
• Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to streamline operations and mitigate risks
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business units to gather relevant data, conduct interviews, and document findings
• Prepare detailed audit reports that clearly communicate observations, conclusions, and proposed solutions
• Follow up on the implementation of recommended actions and monitor ongoing performance
• Provide training and guidance to operational teams to enhance their understanding of audit objectives and best practices
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, trends, and best practices in operations auditing

• with experience in operations auditing or a related field, preferably within the retail or entertainment industry
• Strong understanding of operational processes, controls, and risk management principles
• Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and root cause analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements
