HR Payroll Associate and Analyst Roles
WORK SETUP: Hybrid
OVERALL PURPOSE:The primary purpose of Payroll Processing is to execute pay on time and accurately each pay run for both inhouse and outsourced team, with the correct deductions and necessary withholdings including maintaining the employees' hours and payments, calculating commissions and bonuses.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Responsible for being managing and executing the highly critical/priority and complex transactions/activities in scope for outsourced payroll, including but not limited to the following:
o Conduct Audit Activities
o Produce General Ledger Feed
o Payroll Reporting
o Distribute vendor / government data as required
o Post Payrun activities
o Calculate Gross to Net
- Act the Outsourced Payroll SME for the rest of the team
Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift
Project Rest Day: Weekends Off
Project/Team Location: Taguig, Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate Role- With at least 1year of experience in payroll
- Experience in SAP is an advantage
- With at least 2 years of experience in payroll
- Must have an experience in SAP
