We are looking for an organized and initiative-driven Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our CEO.

The responsibilities of the Executive Assistant include:

  • Managing and prioritizing the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements,
  • Preparing, reviewing, and proofreading documents, reports, and presentations; maintaining organized filing systems,
  • Organizing and preparing for meetings, including preparing agendas, gathering relevant materials, and taking minutes,
  • Assisting in the coordination of special projects across other team members, clients and stakeholders, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met,
  • Handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Commerce
  2. Work Experience: Related experience as a virtual/personal assistant and in real estate is an advantage but not required
