Assistant brand manager

We are looking for an additional Assistant Brand Manager to support our growing marketing initiatives. You’ll help bring brand strategies to life and contribute to impactful campaigns, including local and global activations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans, brand campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights, competitor data, and sales performance to support brand decisions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain) to ensure timely execution of brand initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
• Manage brand assets such as packaging design, marketing materials, and digital content.
• Track brand performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend action plans for improvement.
• Support new product development, launches, and other brand-building projects.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
• Support global activation initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in brand or marketing roles
• Experience in integrated marketing campaigns
• Background in consumer brand marketing is an advantage
• Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills
• Highly organized and proactive
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
