Our exclusive island resort is seeking a passionate and strategic Training Manager to join our onsite leadership team. What You’ll Do:

  • Design and lead a resort-wide training and development strategy aligned with business goals and brand values
  • Deliver high-impact, on-site programs in:
  • Leadership & Team Development
  • Service Excellence, Communication & Problem Solving
  • Presentation & Facilitation Skills
  • Performance & Succession Planning
  • Conduct ongoing training needs analyses and identify skills gaps across departments
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through performance metrics, guest feedback, and KPIs
  • Coach and mentor our internal trainers and departmental leaders
  • Collaborate closely with resort management to ensure training supports operational priorities
  • Manage the learning and development budget effectively
  • Be a key part of fostering a people-first, guest-obsessed culture

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in training, learning & development, or talent management
  • At least 3 years in a leadership or managerial training role
  • Proven ability to design and implement training frameworks in dynamic environments
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and modern instructional design
  • Outstanding facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and project management capabilities
  • Hospitality industry experience is a strong advantage
  • Willing and eager to relocate to a remote island and live on-site full time
  • Thrive in self-sufficient, multicultural, and remote work settings
