What You’ll Do:
- Design and lead a resort-wide training and development strategy aligned with business goals and brand values
- Deliver high-impact, on-site programs in:
- Leadership & Team Development
- Service Excellence, Communication & Problem Solving
- Presentation & Facilitation Skills
- Performance & Succession Planning
- Conduct ongoing training needs analyses and identify skills gaps across departments
- Evaluate training effectiveness through performance metrics, guest feedback, and KPIs
- Coach and mentor our internal trainers and departmental leaders
- Collaborate closely with resort management to ensure training supports operational priorities
- Manage the learning and development budget effectively
- Be a key part of fostering a people-first, guest-obsessed culture
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in training, learning & development, or talent management
- At least 3 years in a leadership or managerial training role
- Proven ability to design and implement training frameworks in dynamic environments
- Experience with e-learning platforms and modern instructional design
- Outstanding facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical and project management capabilities
- Hospitality industry experience is a strong advantage
- Willing and eager to relocate to a remote island and live on-site full time
- Thrive in self-sufficient, multicultural, and remote work settings
