Qualifications/Requirements- 2 years of proven customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or similar environment
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and a desire to exceed customer expectations
Flexible and adaptable to changes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
