Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Provide product information and advice to help customers find the best solutions
Document customer interactions and update customer records accurately
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members when needed
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest improvements

Maintain a positive, helpful and empathetic attitude in all customer interactions

Qualifications/Requirements
  1. 2 years of proven customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or similar environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and a desire to exceed customer expectations

Flexible and adaptable to changes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
