Role Overview
The successful candidate will provide end-to-end leadership for a strategic transformation program, ensuring successful planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Lead program planning, governance, and execution activities.
- Drive delivery management across multiple project workstreams.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and compliance requirements.
- Establish and maintain program controls, reporting, and governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with business, technology, and executive stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Ensure delivery milestones, quality standards, and transformation objectives are achieved.
- 12–15+ years of experience in technology program and project management.
- Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programs.
- Strong experience in delivery management, governance, risk, and stakeholder management.
- Experience within banking, financial services, or core banking transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
