R&D & FEASIBILITY MANAGER
Location: Manila-based with regular travel to Cebu and other project locationsEmployment Type: Full-time
About the Role
The R&D and Feasibility Manager will lead the pre-operational technical development program for a new food ingredient manufacturing project. The role is responsible for converting product concepts into validated process assumptions, prototype samples, technical specifications, trial records, and feasibility recommendations before plant commissioning.The position requires strong food science capability, hands-on formulation and pilot-trial discipline, and the ability to work between Manila-based R&D activities and Cebu-based plant validation.
What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or closely related field. Food Science is strongly preferred.
- At least 7 years of experience in Food R&D, Product Development, or Food Manufacturing
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of food chemistry, ingredient functionality, and food processing
- Experience in frozen, puree, IQF, or export-oriented food manufacturing is highly preferred
- Willing to travel and be assigned to Manila-Cebu or to other company locations as business needs require
