OPEN ROLES & DETAILS:

1. Deputy Manager – Operations (Visa Application Center)

Salary: ₱80,000–₱90,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations at the Visa Application Center (VAC)
• Manage visa documentation, customer satisfaction, and compliance
• Conduct audits and implement new processes
• Lead and mentor VAC staff
• Ensure quality control, productivity targets, and team training

Qualifications:

• Graduate; Post-graduate preferred
• 2–5 years’ experience in operations or service industry
• Strong leadership and documentation skills
• Experience in team handling and compliance
• Proficiency in MS Office and customer communication

1. Quality Assurance Senior Associate – Bilingual (German)

Salary: ₱85,000–₱90,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and document nonconformities per global quality standards (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820)
• Conduct root cause analysis, risk assessments, and follow-ups
• Work with departments like Purchasing, Regulatory Affairs, R&D
• Provide training on QA processes and tools (e.g., SAP, LABS/Q)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree; training in QA or medical/dental tech is a plus
• 2–3 years of QA/Quality Management experience
• Proficient in German (C1) and English
• Strong SAP and MS Office skills
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 or related standards preferred

1. Quality Change Coordinator – Bilingual (German)

Salary: ₱80,000–₱85,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage change documentation using SAP-based APM software
• Track change progress, ensure alignment with strategy and regulations
• Report on changes, schedule adjustments, and implementation tasks
• Ensure compliance with medical standards (e.g., ISO 13485, MDR)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree; QA or administrative training preferred
• 2+ years in quality-related or change management roles
• Proficient in German (C1) and English
• Knowledge of ISO 13485, MDR, FDA21 CFR 820 is a plus
• Strong in SAP and MS Office
