We are looking for motivated and passionate individuals who can deliver a personalized and memorable experience to our potential clients.

As an Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility will be to call pre-generated, qualified leads. No cold calling is required. Your role is to connect with prospects, answer basic questions, and schedule appointments directly into the closers’ calendars.

You will be the first point of contact and play a key role in building trust and setting the stage for a successful client experience.

Responsibilities

Call inbound and pre-qualified leads
Engage prospects in professional, friendly conversations
Qualify basic needs and interest
Schedule appointments based on closers’ availability
Accurately update client information in the CRM

Qualifications

Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
Organized, reliable, and results-driven
Comfortable following a script while sounding natural
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software
Previous experience in insurance, marketing, SaaS, or a related industry will be considered an asset.
