About the role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to join our team at the Q.C. Styropackaging Corporation / Multiplast Corporation' plant located in Santa Maria Bulacan. As a full-time Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient production and maintaining high quality standards.
What you'll be doing- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production teams, ensuring they meet daily production targets and quality objectives
- Monitor and optimise production workflows, identifying and implementing process improvements to boost efficiency
- Provide hands-on technical guidance and training to production staff, empowering them to enhance their skills and productivity
- Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to resolve any issues and maintain seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Participate in the development and implementation of production plans and strategies
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports on production metrics and performance
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar manufacturing leadership role
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and inventory management principles
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Proficient in interpreting production data and creating effective strategies to drive continuous improvement
- Familiarity with manufacturing equipment, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
- Relevant educational background in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field is preferred
