Accounting analyst

Job Description

• Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping transactions
• Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
• Process invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other accounting documents
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Assist in payroll preparation and government contributions processing
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Maintain accurate filing of financial documents and records
• Assist during audits and financial reviews
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by management

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or any related course
• With at least 1 year of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance-related work is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in basic accounting procedures, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Familiar with accounting software is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to handle confidential financial information
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Hardworking, organized, and trustworthy
• Willing to work onsite and can start immediately is an advantage
