JOB SUMMARY
- A Sales Associate/Assistant is responsible for ensuring the overall performance and smooth operations of the store assigned to them.
- This includes monitoring sales, maintaining proper display and stock levels, addressing customer concerns, and reporting daily activities and store performance.
- Actively promotes and sells products to achieve sales targets by using product knowledge to assist customers and maintaining attractive, organized displays that encourage purchases.
- Provides friendly and professional assistance to customers by addressing their needs, resolving concerns promptly, and building positive relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Prepares and submits daily reports on sales, inventory, and store concerns, monitors product performance, and recommends stock replenishment and improvements based on sales data.)
Other Responsibilities:
- Ensure stockroom is well-organized and inventory is properly stored and labeled.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store at all times.
- Participate in inventory counts and audits when required.
