Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any course
- Experience in inventory, warehouse, or retail is an advantage
- Excellent in Data entry, Analysis, and Management
- Basic knowledge of inventory systems or MS Excel
- Ability to lift move items when needed
- Willing to travel for office/warehouse visits during fixed-asset inspection and management
- Reliable and able to work in fast-paced environment
- Can work independently and several projects simultaneously under deadlines
- Maintains proper inventory to ensure customers' demands are met in the most efficient manner
- Verifies clerical computation against physical count and adjusts errors in computation or count
- Updates inventory count and maintaining inventory records to share with management and other stakeholders in the business
- Reconciles inventory discrepancies
- Prepares report such as inventory balance
- Ensures accuracy of stocks maintained in the system against physical stocks on hand
