What You'll Do:
As a TECHNICAL SUPPORT CONSULTANT, you’ll be at the frontline of business transformation — solving real problems, not stuck doing repetitive tasks.
Your role will include:
- Resolving client issues related to custom scripts, workflows, integrations, and other technical aspects of the NetSuite ERP system. This role emphasizes troubleshooting customizations and developing solutions to enhance system performance and user experience. The consultant collaborates with internal teams and clients to resolve post-go-live issues and implement minor enhancements.

Who We’re Looking For:
- We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Consultant with at least 2 years of experience in NetSuite implementation. This hybrid role offers remote work flexibility, with on-site presence required twice a month.
