During a Typical Day,You'll- Answer incoming communications from customers
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
- Senior high school or college graduatesare welcome to apply
- If a high school graduate of an oldercurriculum,candidate musthavecompleted at least 2 years in college
- With at least 6 months of BPO experience
- Recognize,applyand explain your product or serviceknowledge
- Computer experience
