We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Agent for Financial Account to join our team in our office in Bacoor City, Cavite. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our clients, helping them with their financial queries and resolving any issues they may have.

What you'll be doing- Answering inbound calls from customers and providing friendly, efficient and knowledgeable support
- Resolving customer queries and complaints related to financial accounts in a timely and effective manner
- Accurately documenting all customer interactions and following up as needed
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and sharing feedback with the team
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve complex issues
- A positive, patient and resilient attitude, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
