Account Ventures Inc. (AVI), the company behind BOK Korean Fried Chicken, one of the fastest-growing quick service restaurants in the Philippines, is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to help us foster a fair, supportive, and compliant workplace where employees feel valued and heard.
In this role, you will support a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and guiding performance management and disciplinary actions.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate company policies and ensure employees understand workplace guidelines
- Support employees by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and guiding fair resolutions
- Manage workplace cases and investigations with confidentiality and professionalism
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and coordinate with regulatory agencies
- Maintain accurate employee records and oversee smooth offboarding processes
- Promote employee engagement and wellbeing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 1 year experience in Employee Relations or equivalent.
- Wide knowledge of different HR policies and methods to implement them.
- Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws employment policies and regulations.
- Interpersonal skills to work as a counsellor, mediator, and connector between the workforce and management.
- Excellent communication skills with empathy and fairness in handling concerns
- Strong organizational skills and attention to documentation
