Regulatory & Compliance Assistant

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Public Administration or any related field.
• Preferably with experience in processing and securing permits from government agencies such as DENR, NWRB, DPWH, and LGU’s.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to be assigned in Taguig and eventually in Paco, Manila.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process, monitor, and secure permits from various government agencies for projects across multiple regions nationwide.
• Prepare, submit, and track documentary requirements for permit applications and renewals, including compliance with pre- and post-permit conditions.
• Gather, review, and consolidate compliance documents from branches, ensuring timely submission to regulatory agencies.
• Maintain accurate records and monitoring reports for permits and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Assist during government inspections, site visits,and compliance audits.
• Provide administrative and regulatory support to the team as needed.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management from time to time.
