We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Quality, Risk and Compliance Manager who will lead our organization’s Quality Management System, Enterprise Risk Management, and Compliance Programs. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, and effective risk management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Quality Management- Lead and maintain the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS), including ISO 9001, HACCP, and other applicable standards.
- Ensure compliance with quality and food safety requirements.
- Oversee internal and external audits and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
- Develop and implement the company’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.
- Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate operational, strategic, financial, and compliance risks.
- Facilitate risk assessments and recommend appropriate controls.
- Prepare risk reports and present key findings to Management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, government regulations, and company policies.
- Develop, review, and update corporate policies, procedures, and governance documents.
- Coordinate regulatory inspections and compliance requirements.
- Promote a strong culture of ethics, accountability, and compliance throughout the organization.
- Lead the Quality, Risk and Compliance team.
- Collaborate with department heads to strengthen operational controls and business processes.
- Support organizational initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and business resilience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in Quality Management, Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit, or related functions.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP, Enterprise Risk Management, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in the food manufacturing, cold storage, logistics, warehousing, or related industry is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Professional certifications (Lead Auditor, Risk Management, ISO, HACCP, or related certifications) are an advantage.
