Qualifications
  • College degree in Business or a related field preferred
  • 2 or more years of business experience in a technology or real estate company
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Experience using Salesforce or another CRM tool
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude, high energy, and a flexible team-player mindset
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels and departments within the company
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Training and Experience
  • 1 or more year of contract administration, data privacy, or data security experience preferred but not required (Legal Department experience preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Draft and review sales agreements, license agreements, non-disclosure agreements, subcontract agreements, and other commercial contracts using established legal language and guidance from in-house counsel
  • Maintain the legal contract database for all international operations
  • Respond to general legal inquiries through the company's legal mailbox
  • Manage contract requests across the company through the legal request system
  • Provide guidance and assistance to team members on contract-related matters
  • Collaborate with other departments and in-house counsel to draft non-standard client agreements
  • Coordinate the resolution of outstanding contract issues following contract execution
  • Lead or support special projects within areas of expertise, as assigned
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management
