Production Section Supervisor

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute the production plan efficiently
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure machine availability and verify with QA the product quality
• Implement pre-op, operation, and sanitation checklists
• Achieve productivity and efficiency targets
• Ensure timely submission of reports

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or other Engineering field
• Previous experience in a production role, with at least 1 year as a Supervisor
• Similar experience in food manufacturing or the FMCG industry is an advantage, but not required
• Strong team management skills
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Knowledge in production processes, quality control, and safety procedures
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective team coordination
• Problem-solving skills
• Computer skills, data entry, and reporting
• Detail oriented
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays, weekends, and render overtime
• Willing to report onsite daily in Calamba City, Laguna
