DRAFTSMAN
Responsibilities:
- Converts conceptual sketches from architects and engineers into precise, technical drawings and blueprints. They use Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to specify dimensions, materials, and procedures for manufacturing furniture esp.lampshades
- Calculate dimensions, weight limits, and material requirements. Prepare bills of materials (BOM), cost estimates, and technical reports
- Conduct periodic visits to construction or manufacturing sites to verify measurements and ensure design accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma, Associate’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal communication, time management, and the ability to multitask across several projects
