Join our thriving NCLEX Nursing Academy and embark on an exciting journey to become a US Registered Nurse. As a customer service professional in our call center, you will play a vital role in supporting aspiring nurses throughout their training and exam preparation process.
This is a full-time position based in Quezon City, Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing:
- Attend the NCLEX Academy Review with 100% participation
- Demonstrate effective critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Review reports to confirm all questions were addressed, customer-specific and jurisdictional guidelines were followed, and for grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Good time management skills
- Ability to function independently
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
- Able to comprehend jurisdictional guidelines & client, adjuster & provider protocols
- Comply with all training rules and program standards
Minimum Requirements:
- BSN Graduate + Active PRC RN License
- with complete requirements and a valid PH pass port
- 1-year bedside work experience required (direct patient care)
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Amenable to report onsite and work from home (Hybrid)
- with wired internet connection (at least 25 mbps)
- with personal device to use (laptop or desktop)
