- 3 to 5 years of experience in Executive Assistant or similar roles
- Experience with CRM systems (any platform); experience with Close is an advantage
- Process credentialing requirements from customers
- Compile uploaded data into complete credentialing packets
- Follow and execute established credentialing processes consistently
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of credentialing documents
- Respond to clients via SMS and email professionally
- Follow up with clients routinely to ensure completion of requirements
- Handle and organize emails from multiple sources
- Update CRM promptly and accurately
- Manage credentialing cases from start to completion
- Escalate service issues promptly to Customer Service
- Maintain clear, concise, and detailed communication at all times
