IT Supervisor

About the role

LEC STEEL MANUFACTURING CORP.' is seeking an experienced IT Supervisor to join our dynamic team in our Quezon City, Metro Manila location. As the IT Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day IT operations and support services, ensuring the smooth running of our company's technology infrastructure.

1. Manage and supervise the IT support team, delegating tasks and providing guidance to ensure efficient operations
2. Monitor and maintain the company's hardware, software, and network systems to optimise performance and minimise downtime
3. Respond to and resolve user IT-related issues and inquiries in a timely manner
4. Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security measures to protect the company's data and systems
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency
6. Oversee software and hardware procurement, installation, and maintenance
7. Provide regular progress reports and recommendations to management on IT-related matters

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
2. 5+ years of experience in an IT support or supervisory role, preferably within the manufacturing industry
3. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a strong understanding of hardware, software, and network technologies
4. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of IT professionals
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with users and stakeholders
6. Familiarity with IT project management principles and best practices
7. Up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends
