QUALIFICATIONS:- At least 2–3 years IT Service Desk / TSR experience (international account)
- Strong English communication skills
- Fluent in Spanish or Mandarin
- With Language Certification

- OR Completed 2 years in College (with TOR)
- OR Senior High School Graduate
