We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join the Lamudi team in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to lead and manage our sales operations, driving revenue growth and building high-performing teams.As Sales Manager, you will play a crucial strategic role in expanding our market presence and achieving ambitious sales targets whilst leading your team to excellence.
What you'll be doing- Drive sales pipeline, targets and and overall sales for the team.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders to support business objectives
- Preparing and presenting sales forecasts, reports and performance analyses to senior management
- Identifying new business opportunities and market segments to drive sales pipeline development
- Collaborating with marketing, product and customer service teams to deliver integrated solutions and exceptional customer experiences
- Minimum 5 years of professional sales experience, with at least 2-3 years experience in b2b / corporate
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues at all levels
- Strategic thinking and business acumen with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the real estate, property or digital marketplace sectors is advantageous
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business priorities
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Filipino is advantageous
