Accounting Associate – Accounts Receivable

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and issue invoices to customers accurately and on time
- Record and process incoming payments (cash, checks, bank transfers, online payments)
- Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments and follow up on outstanding balances
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are properly posted
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or customer payment issues
- Prepare aging reports and provide regular updates on receivable status
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams regarding billing concerns
- Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
