Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
1–3 years of experience in project coordination or telecom operations
Familiarity with telecom infrastructure, such as fiber optic networks, cell sites, or network
deployment is an advantage
Strong documentation and reporting skills (Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards).
Familiarity with workflow automation.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Understanding of project management methodologies.
Basic knowledge of risk management and resource planning.
