The main responsibilities of a PROJECT ENGINEER II include:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establishes project timelines and coordinates work activity, vendor involvement, and outside contractors as necessary
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• In-charge of reporting high level project update to management in a weekly basis or as needed
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
• Reviews project BOMs, sets bid conferences and clarification meetings
• Site coordination & technical coordination with different trades
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Has strong communication skills and has experience in handling and managing a team
• Has the ability to provide sound solutions or manage project issues to prevent or minimize project escalations
• Comfortable in working in a fast paced environment
• Knows how to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings and CAD Files
• Knowledge in Office Fit-Out standards (AMEPFS, FDAS, Auxiliary and Allied Services.)
• Flexible, resourceful, and can work under pressure
• Can handle multiple projects and site visits. Willing to be assigned in Out of Town Projects
• Proven working experience in project management
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Has BPO and Enterprise fit-out project management experience
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

• Bachelor’s / College Degree in Engineering or Architecture (Architect/Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) or Equivalent
• Preferably has more than (6) years of experience in Project Management
• Has knowledge or familiar in using MS Project
• Familiarity in using Computer Softwares (AutoCad, Ms Office, etc.)
• Knowledge on using PowerBI is a plus
