Duties and Responsibilities:

• Full Stack software engineering using React / Python / Django / MySQL / JavaScript
• Design new system features and enhancements to improve product usability and productivity
• Ensure all system development is within design and architecture guidelines
• Testing, deployment and release management of system updates
• Schedule estimates for technical design and development
• Demonstrate best practices in secure software development
• Effectively work with senior software developers in a team environment

Requirements

Must-have Skills / Qualification:

• At least 3 to 4 years of extensive full-stack development experience, with proficiency in Python and Django for the backend, and ReactJS and JavaScript for the frontend
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, both verbal and written to effectively collaborate with foreign counterparts
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges
• Strong skills in best practice software development methodologies and practices
• The desire to positively contribute to shaping organization culture and be part of a diverse team

Advantageous skills or nice-to-haves:

• Experience in AWS (Lambda, CloudFormation, RDS)
• A good understanding of consumer finance, B2C payments and integrated e-commerce solutions
