Job Summary
The Manager, Contract Growing is responsible for overseeing the Company's Contract Growing Program to ensure efficient farm operations, achievement of production targets, compliance with biosecurity and animal welfare standards, and strong relationships with contract growers.The role manages farm performance, grower development, cost efficiency, and operational compliance to support overall business objectives.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
- At least five (5) years of experience in poultry, livestock, farm operations, or contract growing management.
- Proven experience in managing farm operations, production performance, and grower relations.
- Strong knowledge of poultry or livestock production, biosecurity, animal welfare, and farm management practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and report preparation.
- Willing to travel frequently and conduct farm visits.
